determine that.
Does the IPP SRR System come with a warranty?
IPP has several warranty options from Limited Materials Warranty to Labor and Material Warranty.
Each warranty ranges from 10 to 30 years depending on the parameters of the requested warranty.
Why use a silicone based system instead of other types of roof coatings?
Silicone comes from Silicon, the 14th element and the second most abundant element in the earth’s crust so we are not depleting any vital natural resources.
Because silicone is Inorganic, it is unaffected by UV exposure, the #1 enemy of all other types of roofing.
Silicone is inherently waterproof, remains flexible over a wide temperature range and has a
life expectancy three times longer than organic-based coatings.
